Who we are

Gallop & Grind Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16214758, trading as Gallop & Grind. Registered office: 36 Trenchard Gardens, GL7 6JA. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

Only what you send us in an enquiry: your name, contact details, event date, location and the details you choose to share. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, quote for your event and deliver a booking.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a booking, we keep the records needed for accounting and tax for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Website measurement

If you agree on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. Google acts as our processor. Advertising features, personalisation and audience building are switched off, and IP addresses are anonymised. If you choose essential only, no analytics code is loaded and nothing is measured. Who we share it with

Enquiry details are not sold or shared for marketing. They are held in our booking system and, where relevant to delivering your event, shared with the venue or organiser you name.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
